All executive personnel are registered with the FSB, and accredited with the Council for Medical Schemes.  There is an intensive and ongoing continuing education programme whereby the service staff are re-accredited with the various schemes on an annual basis.  The majority of the staff are long-serving employees of Fivaz Brokers (average of 5 -6 years with the company) and as such has many years of healthcare experience.
