In order for Fivaz Brokers to advise our clients on which medical aid scheme is the most appropriate for their needs we have forged relationships with 15 different medical schemes. We have regular meetings with all of these schemes, we speak to members who belong to these schemes to get their feedback and we have dealings with most of these schemes on a day-to-day basis. We also prepare a comprehensive report around November of every year, "The Fivaz Brokers New-year review", which discusses the membership profile, the financial position and the trends at the various medical schemes.
