This is a very difficult area to factually assess. Most of the schemes have state of the art systems to process claims, address member concerns and generate reams of member communication and they can all quantify the proof that they have the best administration. In assessing this area, we rely solely on our experience and being a subjective matter, not all members might agree with our findings based on their own experiences.
